Plans & Pricing

The right support.
The right arrangement.

Your support arrangement should reflect how much your business depends on technology and how you want to manage it. Phoenix offers ongoing IT management, hourly assistance, and project work, with responsibilities and pricing established before the engagement begins.

Choose the relationship that fits your business.

If technology needs attention throughout the month, a managed relationship can bring structure to maintenance, employee support, and planning. If you have a specific issue or a defined improvement in mind, hourly support or a project may be the right starting point.

We will help you consider your users, applications, risks, and internal capacity before recommending an arrangement. A useful proposal explains both the services included and the responsibilities that remain outside the scope.
