Your computers. Your tickets.
One secure portal.
Sign in to the Phoenix Tech Portal to remotely access your authorized computers, create an IT service ticket, or check the status of an existing request.
Support that keeps the conversation together
When something interrupts your work, a service ticket gives Phoenix the context needed to review the issue and keeps updates in one place. The portal also provides access to authorized computers, helping you stay connected to the tools your organization has made available.
Three ways to get work moving
Access your computer
Connect to the PCs assigned to your account, subject to your organization’s remote-access permissions.
Create a service ticket
Tell us what happened, who is affected, and how it is interrupting work. Those details help Phoenix understand the request and determine the appropriate next step.
Check ticket status
Review progress and keep updates together in the existing ticket.
